We offer practical tools and spaces for connection to strengthen wellbeing, manage emotions, and reinforce a kinder relationship with ourselves and with the team.
Not only do we improve individual wellbeing, but we also enrich team cohesion, creating an environment where vulnerability becomes strength.
What if we could create a space that always reminds us of our commitment to caring for our wellbeing?
In this activity, a psychology professional will lead an interactive session addressing the importance of language in our relationships with ourselves and others, which is a key element in working on:
The importance of self-care
Personal security and confidence
Empathy
Emotion management
Self-esteem
The importance of relying on others and asking for help
We will create a mural on which to write messages that help us deal with the issues addressed, to continue adding to and serve as an anchor and reminder over time.
We want to facilitate a space for connection in which the corporate culture is internalised, highlighting the importance of mental health care.
Would it be possible for us all to learn to look after each other?
Sharing in a group is no easy task, especially when it involves people we work with, but they can be a source of support that we should not underestimate.
To reduce the pressure, we suggest sharing concerns (of any kind) anonymously so that, during a dynamic workshop, they can be collected by a mental health professional and, among all those attending, a solution can be sought:
If there is a solution: we organise and plan.
If it depends on other people: we practise communication.
If there is no solution: we learn to accept and manage our emotions so that we can live with it with less discomfort.
At the end of the session, there will be a new box full of supportive responses that you can keep so that you have the resources you have worked on whenever you need them.
Shall we sublimate?
Channelling emotions through art is one of the few defence mechanisms that are considered acceptable in society.
Without the need for artistic talent, art therapy facilitates reflection and awareness, emotional stability and personal development.
Art therapy is a tool that allows teams to:
Channel and express complex feelings or experiences without the pressure of direct verbalisation.
Encourage more flexible and innovative thinking.
Strengthen self-awareness.
Promote decision-making aligned with personal values, freeing oneself from external expectations.
We carry out body and movement dynamics, role-playing, dramatisation... and use plastic materials such as paint, photography, collage, clay, etc., not to achieve an aesthetic result but to obtain a vehicle of expression that serves as a means of analysis, reflection and understanding of oneself and the group.
