We have designed a comprehensive programme to commemorate World Mental Health Day that combines group training with individualised support, creating a significant impact on the organisation.
Sessions lasting 4 or 6 hours, during which 30-minute psychological support sessions will be held, completely confidential and individualised, with specialists in health psychology.
They are held at your offices or online to provide direct and accessible emotional support.
We provide a platform for online booking and appointment reminders.
Online or face-to-face group meetings focused on the main areas of challenge that impact our mental health.
An interactive session where participants test their knowledge of mental health. We address stigmas and the most relevant data to generate a shared knowledge base and encourage open, unbiased dialogue.
Is depression just ‘being sad’? Is going to a psychologist a sign of weakness? We invite you on a dynamic and playful journey to debunk the most common myths, share surprising facts, and separate fiction from reality in the world of mental health.
More than just a contest, it is an experience designed to normalise conversation and reduce stigma. Together, we will learn a common language to talk about well-being in a safe environment, where curiosity is welcome and asking for help is understood for what it really is: a strength.
Get ready to learn, laugh and change your perspective!
This talk provides a roadmap for managing our complex emotional world. We will learn to identify, understand and validate our emotions without judging ourselves, understanding what messages they bring us and how we can manage them constructively in our daily lives.
We often navigate life on autopilot, ignoring the small signs, until one forces us to stop. This workshop is an invitation to take the wheel, to understand your inner world so that you can face it with intention and confidence.
Identify where you are: Name your emotions with a practical self-check.
Understand the signs: Learn to identify the early symptoms before they become a problem.
Chart your support route: Discovering clearly and without myths what resources you have at your disposal and when it is a good time to use them.
You will leave this session with greater self-awareness and a clear action plan for your personal journey towards emotional balance.
There are times when intense emotions overwhelm us or situations get the better of us, leaving us unsure of how to react. This workshop is a highly practical session designed to help you build your own “Emotional First Aid Kit” so you know exactly what to do in those moments.
Just as we have a first aid kit for physical injuries, we need one for emotional challenges. In this session, each participant will build their own “first aid kit” with regulation techniques, calming anchors and practical resources to deal with moments of stress or anxiety.
You will learn to calm your body, clear your mind and take action to break out of blockages or apathy and regain the initiative.
You will leave this session with a personal toolbox full of practical, evidence-based resources to manage your emotions wherever and whenever you need them.
We have all seen a colleague or family member going through a difficult time, sometimes feeling unable to help for fear of saying the wrong thing. This session is a clear and humane guide to learning how to be that first source of support that really makes a difference.
You will learn how to offer a safe space by listening genuinely and without judgement, how to accompany someone effectively by validating their emotions without falling into the trap of giving unsolicited advice, and how to guide them towards the next step, knowing when and how to suggest professional help in a respectful way.
You will leave this session with the confidence and tools to act with assurance, becoming a pillar of the culture of care in your team.
Knowing how to act when a colleague or friend is not well is essential. This training offers clear guidelines and a protocol for action (listening, providing support and guidance) to be able to offer initial emotional support safely and effectively, fostering a culture of mutual care.
Have you ever ended the day feeling completely exhausted, despite having managed your time down to the last minute?
The key to our well-being and productivity is not in managing the clock, but in learning to manage our own energy intelligently and proactively.
You will discover a model that analyses your four main batteries: physical (active micro-breaks, hydration), mental (alternating between high and low concentration tasks), emotional (brief contact with a colleague) and purpose (connecting a task with personal value), learning to identify which one you need to recharge at any given moment.
Modifying small routines has a huge cumulative effect on our mood and stress levels. It's about moving from ‘reactive self-care’ (when I can't take it anymore) to ‘proactive well-being’.
